Thank you for this touching post. 🌿
You're absolutely right – sparrows are one of nature’s most beautiful gifts, and their morning chirping truly adds magic to the day.
However, it's important to note that there is currently no conclusive scientific evidence proving that internet signals or radio waves directly cause a decline in bird populations. It’s still a controversial topic, but researchers generally point to other, better-documented causes.
The main threats to sparrows include:
loss of natural habitats (modern buildings, fewer trees and bushes),
environmental pollution,
a sharp drop in insect populations (due to pesticides and urban development),
urban noise and climate change.
What can we do?
✅ Hang nesting boxes,
✅ Create bird-friendly spaces (flower meadows, hedges),
✅ Avoid chemicals in gardens,
✅ Raise awareness – just like you’re doing here.
The more people understand how important these small creatures are, the better the chance we’ll keep hearing their morning concerts for years to come.
Thank you for reminding us to care for nature. 🙏🐦
