Mangoes are known for their sweet and juicy flavor, which is a favorite among many. These are the mango season in India, and people can be seen enjoying mango in all possible foem. Eating the ripe mango direct from the tree, or to buy them from the market, either kids enjoying the raw tangy taste or the pulpy ripe sweet taste. I belive Mango has been the delight for most of the people.
The moment you pitched under the mango tree, nobody would resist themselves from plucking the raw Mango. It reminded me of my childhood, when we used to enjoy, them with sour and tangy taste. Thank god the kids still enjoy them, and I get taste of it the way we did in the childhood. Slice the raw in small pieces, add some chilli powder and salt and enjoy the tanginesd. I bet not everyone like this , but this use to be the village kids favourite snacks in evening or afternoon.
This year, we have a good quantity from the only tree. But most of them were fallen due to strong wind. These raw mango can be used to make pickle at home or kept to ripe using chemicals.
Mangoes are a good source of vitamins A, C, and E, which are important for immune function, skin health, and overall well-being. They also contain fiber, which aids in digestion, and minerals like potassium and magnesium, which are beneficial for heart health and blood pressure regulation. in my opinion the best way to enjoy mango is to have the pulp right from the naturally ripen piece. They are too good to resist.
The soft, creamy texture of the flesh adds to the overall enjoyment of eating mangoes. These are rhe times when Mango can easily be found at any corner of my village rsnging from Rs.5 to Rs.50. Differrnt quality, different taste. Just have them and enjoy.
In good faith - Peace!!
