Friday Fun the Cow Barn
Continuing my Friday Fun Series, I am having such fun building these Lumibrick sets, but with the nicer weather I also have fun getting out taking photos and spend a fair bit of time editing photos so I am not finishing sets as quick as I was over winter, so May have to come up with somehting else next week unless I get another set finished in time,
This week the set is the Cow Barn which has 1368PCS and is part of the Farm Life series, the next one I am working on is a bee Farm also inthe same series, lets see if I get it done in time to share it next week
THis set I had wanted for a while but it had bene out of stock as soon as I saw they had it in I ordered it.
When I was growing up our family often visited an Uncle and Aunts farm, and even thought they didnt have a barn like this, when I saw this set it brought back nice memories of time on the farm and hence I wanted it
as with all the sets I have built the instructions were easy to folow and it was such a fun build.
the lights make it really stand out in the evening when its darker, sadly my photos do not really give justice to how cool the lights are
and if interested in checking the sets out here is my referral link https://www.funwhole.com/?ref=hjcvbpac

now you may not have noticed but a cool feature in this one is what I take to be a hay bale hanging from a wire in front of the barn.

But what makes that even cooler is that wire leads into thebarn and to this winch which you can turn to raise and lower the hay bale

THis wind vane on the roof reminded me, I said to someone i think is was @bozz, probably last year there are many cool weather vanes here I should get shots of some for a post, but clearly I forgot till now will try and work on that

And the lady farm I cam calling her Aunty Maeve, the names coming from the relations we visited who had the farm

Some cool details even the hose and suction cups for milking the cows

Well its a cow barn and till now no cows, so here they are

And closer in

The suction cups for milking the cows, brought back memories of when I helped milk the cows

As you can see the door opens so you can see inside the barn
