Yesterday afternoon I came across a story in the local newspaper about a Victorian era house that was home to doctors offices, with a plan for developing it into townhouses (I don't know if it meant demolishing and building new or just renovating the existing building because the newspaper is awful with facts). A heritage group is fighting the plans and hoping to have it designated as historically important, blocking any development. I would have though that argument would have been made before renovating the interior into office space but it wasn't.
I checked the city's development listings and there is nothing for the address, so I decided just to take a walk over to it in the evening. The exterior looks incredible but I was unable to have a look inside due to there being a lot of people (it is in the downtown core of Hamilton Ont.).

After scouting the house I saw a great opportunity to snap a few good light trail shots while in the area.

The house is a location I'll be keeping my eyes on and hopefully will get to explore soon!
