End Of An Era?

I moved to Hamilton Ont. back in 2005, and the exterior of this abandoned theatre has been a legal street art canvas this whole time. With new murals and pieces being made regularly.

I noticed this new piece with Elon Musk and decided to go check out the walls.

This is when I found a notice from city bylaw. Stating that all graffiti on the building must be removed. Has the city changed it's mind on allowing art here? I'm really not sure. But figured it would be a good idea to get photos of all the art, just in case this is the end of an era!
