HELLO EVERYONE ❤
HELLO EVERYONE ❤
Well, this the third and final series of the model shoot at Jerosa Bridal store.mThis was a typical and creating the traditional look of the Mangalorean Christian bride look.
Mangalore is the city in Karnataka, a state of South Indian.
This is my homeland and well known for the various religious customs and traditions
One such tradition of a Christian bride is THE SADO
A red coloured Benaresi saree made of exquisitely woven silk embellished with elaborate gold embroidery called zàri.
After the marriage ceremony was over, the sado was well maintained and worn only on feast-days or for weddings and any other grand functions.
Sometimes a specially valuable sado was handed down from mother to daughter and considered a valuable heirloom.

Sado is the traditional attire of Manglorean Catholic Bride. Speaking about the ornaments, the gold head chain is called Mantika.
The gold I've worn for this shoot is given by the owner of the bridal showroom.
She wanted to create an entire traditional look of the culture she followed.
