Hello, photography lovers!
Today is Sunday, and the temperature was very high here, as it is summertime. As I was staring outside from our sofa, a plant kissing the wall piqued my interest.
So, without a second thought, I grabbed the camera. Right now, I'm most comfortable using this old digital camera my sister bought ages ago: a Panasonic DMC-LX5. What I like about this camera is that it's very handy, and the photo quality is decent enough.
Here are the shots I took
Our mini garden beside our house has bougainvillea and kalachuchi plants. Kalachuchi, with its scientific name Plumeria rubra, is a popular ornamental tree with white-petaled flowers here in the Philippines. On the other hand, bougainvilleas are tropical plants that have bright and vibrant flowers. I also took photos of other plants that caught my eye. It's truly amazing how these plants thrive under the scorching heat of the sun.
While I was about to enter the house, I saw a stray cat resting under our small tree and thought it would be a good idea to take some photos of it. I’m also amused by how cats behave in front of a camera, something very different from dogs, who are extremely camera-shy.
That’s all for today! I hope you find something interesting in the most random places (that’s what I’m always on the lookout for, anyway).
Thank you for reading my post up to this point. I hope you have a great time ahead!
I'll take delight in writing for you again soon.
Love,
Sam ♡
