One of the best places so far that I've stayed and in a cabin. It was quite far from the City of Princeton, WV.
West Virginia is known as the State that is "Wild and Wonderful". A mountain mama that will leave a great impression in you when you see the beauty of it's nature specially during fall season. This time, when I took this photo was late Summer. leaves are green, weather was perfect and warm.
We had to travel by land from the airport of Charleston, WV as one of the nearest airport flying from SF Airport, California. Rented a car for 5 days and drive to the location for almost 4 hours.
The scenery of the Lake was astounding! If you want to feel the breeze-fell, try to wake up early morning to witness and experience it. It is covered by thick fog in the morning that makes it even cooler. After the smooky experience in the morning, you can also enjoy the warm of the nature while witnessing the magnifescent view of sunset from the mountain to view.
It is true that West Virginia has many beautiful places to offer and this is just a piece of them. If you plan to explore the place, try to contact the appropriate agency to help you enjoy your visit. I did explore the many places there but just giving you one of the best.
