The big move of this trade deadline was seeing James Harden head to Philly and Ben Simmons make his way over to Brooklyn. This deal also saw Paul Millsap go to Philly while Seth Curry and Andre Drummond are now on the Nets.
Well I guess it is a matter of opinion, but in my eyes the top four teams in the East are the Sixers, Nets, Bucks and Heat. Within that, I believe that (a healthy version of) the Sixers and the Nets are the top two teams.
But which is number one?
The Nets just went and got Goran Dragic in the buyout market. A player who I think is really talented.
That makes their roster look like this:

Bruce Brown
Joe Harris

This is a scary depth chart. Each wave of Nets are capable of putting huge numbers of points on the board and Simmons does give them something that they were desperately missing: defense.
On the other hand, the Sixers roster looks like this:

Danny Green

Charles Bassey
This lineup is much more top heavy than the Nets, but when we are talking about playoff minutes, I think they take the spot as the best in the East solely because Embiid and Harden are about to be the best combo since Shaq and Kobe.
A Nets Sixers matchup would be an insane one. There would be tons of highlights as the top talent in the league goes head to head. Which do you think is better?
