After a few days with the new system for music lessons in Rising Star, it's time to review the account and how it affected my strategy, also today we return to the pixelated versions, this time I will be with a somewhat particular character who for the results you will be able to see some changes, who did I choose? Keep reading and I'll tell you a little more.
Testing lessons
As I had mentioned in a previous post, my music lessons had a very low cost compared to other accounts, which the players made known in the RS chat, it was not very problematic to continue taking the lessons, I also had a bit of Starpro which could now be entered into the game since the allowed deposit amounts were also modified. With this change I was able to carry out the test without still worrying about buying Starpro or getting it through Music Promoter.
Since I had some cards from other lessons that I had not sold, in addition to some that I took from the crafting section, I was able to make a lesson change, what I had been developing was the lesson where the microphones are used, now I started using the guitar lessons because their cost for me is even lower and although I get a little more than half as much as with singing lessons, it is more in line with the strategy I was following before the changes. Since the lessons last 1 hour and now I can do 2 guitar lessons for the price of 1 singing lesson, it allows me to disconnect for a good amount of time to do other activities such as pixel art design or commitments for which I am disconnected from the internet for long periods of time. .
"Pixelating"
As you know, I'm collaborating on a project started by SharmanHD, you can read about it here, so my pixelated versions of RS were a bit frozen, but today we have a new design!
The card chosen for this occasion is R268 Lisa, I chose it for 2 reasons: it has a “simple” play of lights and shadows and I would also use a canvas of 256x 256 pixels, leaving aside for now the canvas that I had been using of 128x128 pixels. The larger canvas allows for a little more detail but I didn't want to overwhelm myself so I chose the card that seemed simpler but more attractive to make.

I think the result is quite good, although perhaps I should have risked a little more when providing the figure with lights and shadows, what do you think? I will be attentive to what you can tell me in the comments; For now, Lisa meets the objective and is very close to the original version, the details that I was able to implement thanks to the new canvas size played a lot in my favor.
P.S. We have a Halloween event!! A couple of hours before this post was published, the new event card was made public and shortly after the event mission was enabled, I opened some packs but without luck, I hope to get at least one “Smiley”.

Después de unos días con el nuevo sistema para las lecciones de música en Rising Star, toca hacer una revisión de la cuenta y cómo afectó a mi estrategia, además hoy retomamos las versiones pixeladas, en ésta ocasión estaré con un personaje un tanto particular que por los resultados podrán apreciar algunos cambios, a quién elegí? Sigue leyendo que te cuento un poco más.
Probando lecciones
Como había mencionado en un post anterior, mis lecciones de música tenían un coste muy bajo a comparación de otras cuentas, que en el chat de RS los jugadores daban a conocer, no resultaba muy problemático seguir realizando las lecciones, además tenía un poco de Starpro que ahora podría hacer ingresar dentro el juego pues también se modificó las cantidades permitidas de depósito. Con dicho cambio pude realizar la prueba sin preocuparme aún de comprar Starpro o de conseguirlo mediante el Music Promoter.
Dado que tenía algunas cartas de otras lecciones que no había vendido, además de algunas que saqué de la sección de crafteo, pude realizar un cambio de lección, lo que había estado desarrollando era la lección donde se usan los micrófonos, ahora empecé a usar las lecciones de guitarra pues su coste para mi es aún menor y aunque obtengo poco más de la mitad que con las lecciones de canto, va más acorde a la estrategia que iba llevando antes de los cambios. Como las lecciones duran 1 hora y ahora puedo realizar 2 de guitarra por el precio de 1 de canto, me permite desconectar un buen tiempo para realizar otras actividades como el diseño pixel art o compromisos con los cuales esté desconectado de internet por largos periodos de tiempo.
"Pixeleando"
Como sabrán, estoy colaborando en un proyecto iniciado por SharmanHD, pueden leer al respecto aquí, por lo cual mis versiones pixeladas de RS estuvieron un poco congeladas, pero hoy tenemos un nuevo diseño!
La carta escogida para ésta ocasión es R268 Lisa, la escogí por 2 razones: tiene un juego de luces y sombras “sencillo” y además usaría un lienzo de 256x 256 pixeles, dejando de lado por ahora el lienzo que venía utilizando de 128x128 pixeles. El lienzo más grande posibilita un poco más de detalle pero tampoco quería abrumarme así que escogí la carta que me pareció más sencilla pero atractiva de realizar.

Creo que el resultado es bastante bueno, aunque quizás debí arriesgar un poco más al momento de dotar a la figura de luces y sombras, ustedes qué opinan? Estaré atento a lo que puedan decirme en los comentarios; por ahora Lisa cumple con el objetivo y está muy cerca de la versión original, los detalles que pude implementar gracias al nuevo tamaño de lienzo jugaron mucho a favor.
P.D. Tenemos evento de Halloween!! Un par de horas antes de ser publicado éste post se hizo pública la nueva carta de evento y poco después se habilitó la misión del evento, abrí algunos packs pero sin suerte, espero conseguir al menos un “Smiley”.
