My fifth day with Rising Star is coming to an end.
Today was my lucky day. I found two discarded pizzas right after each other. The first one ended up directly in the pizza box I bought yesterday and the second one filled my energy back up to 100% at the (almost) right time.
Almost, because I only have this one pizza box at the moment and so I lost some energy, because I hadn't played the energy bar down to zero yet.
I will have to invest in several more pizza boxes at the appropriate time if I want to get a better handle on my energy problems in future:
But anyway. Thanks to the pizza boost I was able to reach level 10 directly today.
I had to keep calculating exactly how to best use my energy to reach self-set goals, but in the end I was successful:
As you can see: I reached level 10 and collected more than 5000 Starbits by completing missions and a little trading.
With these Starbits (and many more that I have earned in the meantime or acquired through trading) I still have some plans, but I will tell you about them only when I have successfully completed my plans.
But let's move on to another part of this day as a rising star, which is my third card pack that I opened today:
The first card is Clive, whose value I can't estimate at the moment. In direct comparison with Storm he has only half the number of fans (Clive: 60, Storm:120), but double the skill (Clive: 200, Storm 100) and IM (Clive: 4, Storm:2) as well as a bit more Luck (Clive: 5, Storm 4).
What IM means, I read somewhere, but at this moment I can't remember exactly what effects it has.
I decided to keep using Storm because I think double the number of fans is a bit more attractive at the moment. That may change once I have more than 1000 fans and skill becomes a more important factor in the game to keep ego under control.
(By the way, if you think I'm off base with my opinion, let me know. I am grateful for any additional information.)
The second card is the Studio Laptop, a no-brainer because I don't have a comparable instrument yet.
125 luck is certainly not a bad value in my current situation.
The third card is the Cheap Mic V2 and that's all I need to say about it at this point. It expands the number of different cards in my hand and thus has an important function in my collection.
That leaves me with a brief overview of my achievements and my plans for the next few days:
As you can see on the screenshot, I have completed 83 missions so far and that brings me close to missions 100-130, which reward me with one free card each in increments of ten (at 100, 110, 120, 130 completed missions).
So I will mainly do illegal busking in the next days, so that I can complete at least 6 missions a day to collect the four free cards as soon as possible.
Leveling and Starbits are therefore a minor matter for now.
Whew.
Now I have written significantly more than I had originally planned, but once I start writing, sometimes I can't stop so quickly.
But finally:
This was my report for today. I hope you enjoyed reading it and that I could entertain you for a short time.
