I personally don't like to take medications.
The Ivermectin discussion is of interest as the Government & Medical Regulators were quick to disparage the drug.
In Australia, the TGA banned it, more for optics, than for it being a dangerous drug. More, a worry that it might be taken wrongly.
There are arguments that the Jabb could only get authorisation for usage, so long as, there was no other medicine available.
If you take away other promising drugs then you move away such obstacles.
I don't really know.
But, the TGA, and other countries, have recently lifted the "ban".
Why?
Is it because the Jabbs aren't working? Are not safe & effective?
Ivermectin does work?
This considers the evidence and awareness of medical practitioners about the risks and benefits of ivermectin, and the low potential for any shortages of ivermectin for its approved uses. Also, given the high rates of vaccination and hybrid immunity against COVID-19 in Australia, use of ivermectin by some individuals is unlikely to now compromise public health.
Public Health seems to be the main stay to make Authoritarian decisions. Much like, "for your safety".
If you watch the video link in the Tweet above, you can see that many experts were lobbying with Governments to allow the use of Ivermectin.
In contrast, I know that my mother, to allow her to breathe, uses hydroxychloroquine (under a brand name), and other drugs, due to her having emphesyma.
So, it seems that a Doctor should be able to treat the patient with whatever they deem fit for health.
Navigating through the voluminous level of information can drive a person insane.
I just looked at the inconsistencies in many Gubberment policies.
For example, you needed a jabb to work, but there was no focus on removing unhealthy habits, getting sunlight, managing stress, family genetic issues, reducing fast foods, smoking, alcohol consumption... and so the list goes on and on to they hypocrisy of the situation.
Luckily, there are lots of different people in the world.
I like this alot because it provides humanity with many different approaches to problems.
Our phone technologies, social media, global treaties, and other methods to create a homogenous world, is potentially, a step in the wrong direction.
Maybe, in the short term, we get what seems like "safe" and "best interest" outcomes, but that tends to go pear-shaped if the solutions actually create more problems.
Humans tend to knee jerk, drive an idea forward at 1000 mph, to only end up with a mess to fix!
Medical standardisation might end up being one of them.
If the jabbs creates more harm down the road, as much as they cry, "but we had to act swiftly", it doesn't fix the issue.
Why isn't there an interest to investigate the surge in non-covaids deaths around the world?
Look at Global Deforestation, Imperialism, Fascism, Communism, Industrial Waste, Plastic Industry...
Even recently, we are finding taht early model Solar Panels are releasing plastics, and toxins, into the environment.
Wind farms can't be recycled and may be killing wild life. While having to clear trees to install them & run cables.
Face masks, that had no recycling program in place, just end up adding to the human waste problem...
Humanity enjoys moving forwards. That is always the fun part. It is the after party cleanup, the reintroducing methods that were banned, to repair the devastation of our actions.
