Hello, first of all to say that I am new to this world, my experiences with cannabis are very few. Although thanks to some friends I think I got started in the right way and I would like to share my experience and some advice that my friends gave me.
To start somewhere, I am not a smoker and my friends knew it and in fact, according to them, the best way to start in this world is through food, since it is usually less strong and there is less nervousness about it, since at least for me, eating is a more familiar activity than smoking. So today I am going to focus on my experience with cannabis meals.

The first thing they told me or rather showed me when I arrived at their house (where I was invited to sleep) was that I should not feel cheated if I did not have an extrasensory experience that night, that they were going to take care of me by controlling the doses per diner.
The quantities do not necessarily have to be exact, although they did tell me that the ideal was to start with little, around half a gram per person if good quality buds are used. But then you could experiment gradually. Just as they also made it clear to me that only the main course was going to be adulterated and I couldn't repeat that specific one, since that would make me lose a bit of the sense of controlling the quantities.

And that in fact was my first surprise, I thought they were going to give me a tea or something like that and that's where they clarify that it is not a water-soluble herb, that is, the natural oils where THC is found are not dissolve in water, but it was necessary to use some fatty matter, be it oil, butter, milk...
And like any good lover of sweets, I quickly asked them: "and why don't we make milkshakes?", to which they answered me this time with a little more seriousness "because you would drink 3 glasses". And I already understood that I should let myself flow, maybe I was a little nervous or anxious at that moment.
In the end the food was quite simple, which quite surprised me. We cooked chicken stew tacos with pico de gallo and for dessert a 3 milk cake. Everything was honestly too tasty, although I must admit that I assumed that it was going to have more mystery.
And here comes another important piece of information, the effect did not arrive and inside of me I was beginning to think "I am immune, like Superman, nothing can affect me". And no, my friends laughingly explained to me that cannabis taken orally takes at least an hour to take effect and that was why they invited me to stay the night, because it could be dangerous to return home as soon as I finished eating. and you feel the effects on the way.
Now, what exactly I felt, I couldn't explain it, although the best way to encompass it all would be like running a marathon after not having slept a whole night. It wasn't really a bad feeling, although being the first time I was a little scared.
Imagine this, when you don't sleep well all night, the next day you wake up very sleepy but you know you can't sleep, I felt something like that and I say about the marathon because when you finish it you feel happy, happy for no reason, as if you had won your favorite football team or something like that. The part that I did not like is that I felt my mouth was in the desert and I had not known it, I did not feel dryness in my mouth, but I did feel an inexplicable thirst and no matter how much I drank it did not go away
Due to the low amount, that hard effect I calculate that maybe an hour, although I felt that it was much more. And that's where the part of questioning you comes from, because yes, it was a wonderful experience and I've logically repeated it again, but I still feel that questioning after the effect wears off, because I spend the whole night standing in the bathroom, something logical after so much liquid
So since I didn't sleep well that night, the next day I'm all sleepy and with red eyes from staying up late. And you will think that it is a two for the price of one, but no, because the joy is not present hahaha

I do not do this post to encourage consumption, although I would like to clarify that it was not a bad experience. Perhaps it is the fact that I had good godparents who knew how to guide me and take care of me. The question is that if you are between trying or not trying, well, I already told you that it is not something in which you are going to take any risk (stay close to the floor just in case) and if you decide not to do it, I also tell you that you do not get lost Therefore, the feeling is similar to when you spend many hours traveling to get to the beach with your family or partner, tired and very happy.
In any case, leave me below in the comments how your first experience was and if you still don't have it, tell me if you are thinking about doing it. It would be interesting to read you
