Hello awesome people, this is Afri-tunes Week 178. It’s your boy @akwash360. For this week's submission, I’ve chosen to do a cover of the song ‘Kadosh’ by PV Idemudia. I truly enjoy listening to this song, especially when it was newly released. I had it on repeat and never got tired of it.
There are a few reasons why I love this song so much:
Firstly, the music style. I’m a big fan of calm, worshipful tunes, and this one really hits home. The style of worship the songwriter used is deeply inspiring, and I genuinely enjoyed it. Beyond the structure, the production quality is also top-notch. The instrumentals are clean, with the right rhythm at every point. The overall sound is well balanced, and I must commend the sound engineer for a job well done.
Secondly, the vocal delivery is superb. A good beat without matching vocals can ruin a song, but that’s not the case here. The vocals blend beautifully with the instrumentals, which makes the song truly outstanding. The lead vocalist delivered excellently, and the backup singers also understood their parts perfectly. They performed with clarity, no glitches or interruptions, and they complemented each other seamlessly, which is something I really appreciate.
