So guys, yesterday night, a friend of mine sent me a link to a song he did which he posted on YouTube. He titled the song "There were times". He told me that after his morning prayers on the 7th of June 2024, the first line of this song came to his lips and just like that, the full melody came to his soul and then a tear dropped from his eyes.

He didn't know when he ended up writing 5 stanzas of the song as he was inspired by the spirit but he decided to sing and share just 3 stanzas of it for now. Guys, trust me when I tell you that this my guy is very talented. Can you imagine that he sang all the part in the song all by himself? Indeed, people are really talented.
To be honest, I never knew music can be very powerful because this music touched my heart and soul in the way I never expected. Guys, this song brought me to tears. Trust me guys, I was in real tears while listening to this song. It felt as though the lyrics were written just for me, as it reminded me of the unconditional love and grace that God showers upon me each day that I tend to always take for granted.
I have done things that I am not proud of, things I was not supposed to do as a Christian but despite my shortcomings and failures, God didn't give up on me. He has never failed to lift me up everytime I am down, He has never failed to comfort me in my times of need, and He has never failed to listen to me even in the silence. Even when I stray from the path He had laid out for me, His love is a constant presence in my life.
This song has indeed opened my eyes to the beauty of God's love and the strength that He provides me with every single day. This song has reminded me that no matter the circumstances, God is always there to lift me up and guide me back onto the right path. But do I even deserve this much love from Him?
I am forever going to be grateful to God for the unconditional love and never ending mercy He keeps showing me, and I have this strong confidence that my life will definitely not remain the same because this song has made it's impact already. God bless WinAccapella for this powerful song.
