Nearly 3 months later and retail is opening back up here. I went out for a walk this morning around opening time to have a quick look.
Most shops are now opening around 11 am and all have social distancing rules of 2m in place. There was way more traffic on the roads and loads more pedestrians about. I think most were workers finally getting back to work.
Not many shoppers around in general, Harrods has a queue and so did Lily White's but that was generally it. I think more people will check out the shops for lunch hour and after work.
Interesting times ahead.
