Behind the Mask is with Michael in Uganda and Karin in Austria.
The measures around the corona-virus have made their lives complex. Each of them used to have busy and vibrant days outside their house with work and many people. Now they are brought back to their homes. The isolation offers the opportunity to relax and ‘be yourself’. Also in this new situation, both for Michael and for Karin being themselves means that they put their hearts, skills and talents at the benefit of others, bringing good vibes in difficult times.

The Constellation is a Belgian NGO working around the world to stimulate and connect communities. The Constellation is both a movement of communities and an organisation of facilitators. We are bound by our belief in the strengths of communities. act and to adapt. This is our core belief, and it stems from experience. From Merauke to Mombasa and from Bujumbura to Brussels, we are rediscovering community strengths: the human capacity for care and change, for community belonging, for leadership, for sharing who we are and what we know.We look for strengths. Our energy for change comes from our regular immersion into community experience,at home and elsewhere. By asking appreciative questions, we discover and reveal strengths which communities themselves might not realize.
