Today's Topics - Inferiority Complex, Handle It Properly

This is the 41th episode of my continuous parenting series and the first episode of part-05, Colleging. Here I discussed how you will monitor and control the Inferiority Complex facing by your son or daughter at the ages they go to college.

That is the teen age of your son or daughter. And you will find suddenly that they has grown up quickly. They are now handling a lot of issues that they hadn't few days ago.

Most of the parents ignore the opinion of their son or daughter at that ages. So they find that they are out of the family discussions in case of sensitive and important issues. It creates an inferiority complex on them.

It is oftenly occured at the teen ages of human being. They play a duel role. In friend circle, they faces a lot of circumstances, handle many critical situations, solve huge problems prudently.

Even sometimes they do many big tasks that you can't imagine. They think about starting some business or traveling abroad. Some of them even lead some organisations.

But when they return to the home, they feel neglected by the guardians specially in case of major decisions of the families.
