A month ago I posted here about how death isn't the full story with covid.
This video of Dr Mike Ryan the Executive Director of the WHO Health Emergency Program echos my thoughts in that post.

In that previous post the only interaction that I had was with a covid-denier, someone that I don't think understands viruses but does feel confident is spewing garbage.

The quote that I think is critical in this video, coming from an expert and being shared (via twitter) by another expert, is that we (WHO) can't quantify the long term health risks are for people that contract COVID-19. They may not show for years.
I for one, want to have a long healthspan, well into my 90s and for this I'm still taking COVID seriously. If you are a member of this community, I assume you also want to have a long healthspan, one where you won't need to rely on oxygen in your 60s because getting groceries without a mask was JUST TOO IMPORTANT.
What are your thoughts?
I really want to know what you think, and please be civil. If you are going to dispute my acertions here, please use sources of at least the same quality as Dr. Ryan and Dr. Hyde; not some "personality".
