Today I managed to land in the thousand range! That's a milestone for me that's for sure.
A Thousandth Mark
One of the things that some value highly is their follower count. I definitely value the followers that are legitimate to my page and want to continue to grow! What's unfortunate is that the following list is full of accounts that are inactive, and inactive for quite some time.
What I think is great and I appreciate is that at least 1,000 people have considered the random musings and things I post and comment to be something they are interested in. I know the attention economy is the biggest economy around, having been on the Hive platform for a few years now, attention is important! I have developed a little niche in the corner of the internet we call Hive (shout out to CheKohler for that quote, he's said it a few times!) that isn't very specific but includes some of the topics that I'm interested in. I think that it's important to write about things that interest us. If we don't enjoy it or have a passion for whatever we are doing then we don't do it as well as we could in the long-run. By keeping it to things we enjoy and interest us, we are able to put passion into it and without passion, content tends to be quite dry and dull. I can at least put some passion into it!
I appreciate the followers I've got and hope to keep that increasing in the future! Thanks for those who follow me and enjoy the random things I talk about, I appreciate it!
