Being free to doesn't mean that I can sit around doing nothing. Now I have to work hard to keep everything on track.
One lesson I have learnt is that you should always tie up loose ends. That may be the most important soft skill you can have.
Today I took back my uniform to the company and picked up the paperwork to initiate UIF and provident fund payouts. Tomorrow I'll get that going.
These things may be normal every day day things. They form part of a habit of completing things and doing things in time. A habit that should be learnt and never broken.
I remember living through quite a few disasters that could have been prevented by handing in paperwork in time or addressing a problem before its too big.
It's not always easy. But prevention is better than cure.
While my life is partially on hold until all of the the official paperwork is done it did not completely stop.
I started looking at premises where I can start my self defence training center.
I also collected a new burden.
My second son are in hospital. If he survive this round he will need a job that is much less strenuous than what he is doing now.
Until he has one, I'll be doing what family does.
I appreciate your support.
Live life to the fullest.
