Oh boy, I must admit this semester has been nothing but challenging. I don't know if it's because I promised myself that things would be different this time. I challenged myself to do things differently this time and I must say I can still feel my feet hurt from walking up and down to lectures to the library and from submitting assignments.
The second semester of level 300 came and went by so fast and next year I will be in level 400. Am I not supposed to be happy? Well, I am a bit excited but I am worried. Level 300 was not easy for me and I know level 400 will be more tedious and tiring. This is the time we are about to complete hence most of the lecturers will be harder. We are going to be introduced to more difficult subjects which require a lot of time and attention to be able to grasp the concepts.
This image is only one of many pictures which are past questions that I needed to study before writing the end-of-semester exams. Some of the pictures might be screenshots from midterm exams and some are pictures from what our seniors did the previous year.
Sometimes I wonder who came out with the idea of writing exams and accessing students through the end if semester exams. A student who doesn't do well at the end of the semester exam will probably have to retake that course he failed in and in some cases, the student is not bad but it happened that what he studied wasn't set or what he knew didn't drop.
In the first image; the only time I was excited to attend a lecture. I don't know what I was happy about but from the smile, I can guess that I had a good day. All I want to do now is have a good rest before trying out this attachment thing. An attachment is going out and working in a company for a specified time without pay. They claim this is supposed to give you first-hand experience in your field of study. I don't think this is bad though but I seem not to like it.
But still, fingers crossed, let's see what new opportunities this brings.
