Hello everyone!
It's the start of the rainy season here in the Philippines. Rains pour from time to time more frequently at night which is better so it wouldn't be difficult to move or travel around during the day. This time of the year, monsoon, low pressure areas and ITCZs are common phenomenon which bring so much rain during this season.
With the start of a new season comes seasonal diseases life cough and colds and flu. My kids even had just recovered from flu, thank goodness.
I also noticed occasional brownouts which sometimes are unannounced. I always have anxiety towards not having electric power especially that one of my kids is asthmatic. I am worried about needing to use the nebulizer but not having electricity.
To save me from anxiety, I ordered online a portable nebulizer powered by batteries. It can also be operated by connecting it to a power bank. I had this type of nebulizer before but due to improper use, it was no longer functional so I have to replace it.
Unboxing the Portable Nebulizer
Perhaps, the most exciting part when your order arrived is the unboxing of the item. Of course, we want to know immediately if the item delivered was the correct item with no missing parts and if it really is functional so we can make necessary process of returning the item if in case, it's defective.
The box was exposed upon tearing off the protective packaging. The box looked legit and cute. 😄 I read the prints outside of its box. The item descriptions, brand name, what are the parts and other marks such as manufacturer are printed on the box.
Using the print on the box as guidr of what should be inside it, one by one I checked if there were no misssing parts.
This are what's inside. All parts are complete including the manual which is very important as guide on the proper use of the nebulizer.
The next step is to test if the hand held nebulizer is functional. To test it, the instructions said that I have to place distilled water on the medicine container. Tap water is not advisable because it might clog the spray hole.
I then connected it to a powerbank to power it. The orange lights indicates that the battery is low so I have to charge it first.
After charging, it was time to test it. The blue lights indicates that the battery is full. Upon pressing the power button, the nebulizer will automatically spray the liquid until it runs out of liquid.
Upon testing, the nebulizer functioned well. There were no item defects and I am confident that whenever there is unexpected brownouts I have something to use in case my kid needs it. But of course, I am praying that I won't have to use this nebulizer again. That would be the best thing to happen.
Sharing you yet another #MarketFriday experience, thanks to @dswigle with my online purchase which went smoothly and without any problems with the item.
I hope you had a wonderful weekend everyone.
