I am not sure if there is such a thing as Halloween plants to be honest, but these are some Halloween items I just happened to see for sale at Lowe's as I went to check out what plants they had and if there were any bargains lol.

Yeah I know it's been awhile since @dswigle has been around doing her Market Friday, but I think it is still fun every now and again to post a Market Friday post just to keep the tag going till she returns.

So I am a big fan of crepe myrtle trees. To me they look like trees from some Dr Seuss books. Crepe myrtle trees are just happy trees to me.

We didn't really have them back when I lived in Michigan, but they are all over here in Virginia.

On my lake lot I hope to have a collection of them as there are many different sizes and colors to choose from.

I paid 15 bucks for this one because most of the crape myrtles have green leaves but some varieties have the deep purple leaves like this one so I thought it was worth the money.
