Growing up, there are actually something's that I really wish why it happens to some people. When I was still a bit younger and I usually see my older sister in pain during her Menstral period, I always feel pity for her and sometimes I usually question nature as of why is it that women experience that tremendous pain during menstral period. Well as I grew up and doing some basic research, I discover something's related to it which I want to share with us today.
Menstral Cramps as many of us know is a health condition that is called dysmenorrhea which usually happens to females. This is when women experience chronic pain during their monthly period. For some people, they experience more pain and for some people, it is little pain. For me personally, I have come to discover that when we are dealing with menstrual cramps, we only limit it to the physical aspect but it is beyond the physical aspect, there is the emotional and even the psychological aspect to it actually.
Growing up, I am always curious to know what usually cause this Menstral Cramps as it were. Well research makes me to understand that some can be due to nature as a female because of their uterus contracts. But beyond that, I discovered that health conditions like fibroids and even endometriosis can cause chronic menstrual cramps than the usual ones.
When it comes to dealing with menstrual cramps, the first step is by you adjusting your lifestyle. Like I said, the state of menstrual cramps ranges in women. For some women, they feel it less than other and for some women, it is more chronic. In other ways, the first is to adjust in your lifestyle. What do I mean by that? Pay careful attention to what you do and what you should not do. Medically, it has been proven that engaging in regular exercise can help to reduce the cramps because with regular exercise, it will help to make the blood to flow smoothly.
Not only that, there are some fruit that are rich in nutrients and generally diet that you should eat. Diet like vegetables, fruits and reduce taking carbonated drinks or any sugary stuff in excess. The more you take sugary stuff, the more it actually increases the cramps and also take quality water. The more you stay hydrated, it helps to reduce the cramps. Even though some women makes use of pain killers to help ease the pain. Even though those medications can help reduce the pain, they also causes side effects to the body so it is preferable not to use pain killers.
But even beyond all these forms of treatments that I have talked about, I still believe there is a need for us to spy attention to the emotional and psychological aspect because it is very important. Sometimes when those women are experiencing pain, it can actually trigger some sort of frustration and even depression to them most especially if it is getting so frequent. That is why if you find a female experiencing severe pain, always provide support for them both mentally, emotionally and even psychologically.
