A while back, I was developing an app for a friend that managed the enrollment and number of students attending his private school to reinforce study materials. One of his biggest challenges was how to manage his enrollment and the analytics provided by each student.
In short, I mean that they had no control over the schedules that each of their students had to attend, nor an average of how many hours of classes they were teaching per month.

On this screen, which you'll see in the article, I configured several of those options, although I still had to calculate the total number of hours taught for all students attending by grade level. One feature I really liked was the ability to view the income for each specific month in a grid.
