Today, there are a lot of deaths that are happening in Nigeria. Others pass away when asleep. Some people fall on the street, in church or even at home. Heart attacks are one of the major reasons for these deaths. The sad thing is that your body warns you against a heart attack even before the occurrence. The majority of the people however do not heed these signs. They believe that it may be only some kind of stress or even normal tiredness. They continue staying in denial mode of life, postponing until after it is too late. I am doing this as I am a Nigerian like you. I have observed instantaneous deaths of people. I hope that we will have to educate ourselves in order to save ourselves and our loved ones.

What you can do to prevent all of that is to put in place certain things. Once you start receiving signs in your bodies, listen. Never tell him or her to say it is nothing, or to go away. Give it a visit. You should go to the hospital to check-ups even when you do not feel bad. Measure your blood pressure sugar level, and level of cholesterol. With early detection you can save your life. Cut down on the fried foods, the red meat and drinks that contain sugar. Consume more vegetables, fruits, fish and beans. Salt and oil less in food.
Heart attacks do exist. They are silent murderers. However, they do not come out of the blue. We don t pay attention to the signs. We call it a stress or (it is malaria). We take pain-killers. We use herbs as drink. We wait. And at times, we wait too late. Please everybody be serious about their health. Post this information on your social network. Ask your parents whether they recently experience chest pains or fatigue. Speak to your wife, to your husband, to your brothers, to your sisters. Tell them the symptoms.
Heart attack may occur in any person. However, when we are informed and do things quickly then many lives will be saved. we should not disregard the messages of our bodies. It is not too late to do something about it.
