Our world is actually very fragile if you will actually ask me most especially when it comes to our health. There are some things that might happen to our body system which we might not even notice but at the end of the day might eventually affect us. There are times we might be so stressed out and this stress most especially chronic stress can leads to what is called chest tightness, shortness of breath which majority of us always think is called heart attack.
I also used to think it is so not until I grew up to understand it much more better than it is not so. Panic attacks most of the time is misinterpreted as heart attack most especially because of how it comes to us. Today I want to tell you the difference between heart attacks and panic attacks so that probably if you are facing one or encounter one, you will know how to handle it.
Panic attacks is when you encounter intense fear that gives you physical reaction but at the end of the day does not have real danger. Most of the time, according to my research, I discovered that panic attacks can lead to 10 minutes of it and there are actually some of the symptoms of panic attacks which I believe you should pay attention to. I am talking about symptoms like you experiencing chest pain, heartbeat increasing at a very realistic rate and dizziness and this strange fear of dying.
The big reason why I have discovered a lot of people always fear panic attacks is heart attack is the fact that the symptoms are similar to a heart attack. But there is a way you can spot the difference. When it comes to panic attacks, it last than around 10 minutes maximum. But when it comes to heart attack, it can last much more than 30 minutes. Even when it comes to panic attacks, the chest pain attack can be sharp but for heart attack, the pain will feel like squeezing.
The big question a whole lot of people always ask for is the fact that how can I know vividly that this is panic attack and this one is heart attack because both of them experienced chest pain. The best advice I will give is that whenever you are experiencing chest pain, go for medical checkup. They will be able to diagnose whether it is for panic attack or it will be for heart attack and they will be able to give you the necessary medications necessary.
For Panic attacks, there are some treatments that can be prescribed in the hospital for you. Examples like therapy, like medications and you might even be recommending some lifestyle changes like regular exercise, like adequate sleep and many more. Sometimes you can even be recommended something's like breathing exercises. All these things can help to treat and manage panic attacks if you have one actually.
