You’re kidding, I mean your kidney is a vital organ in your body. Still, you wouldn't know how important it is until you realize it has gone bad, and by the time you realize this, it might be too late because at that time, we will be looking at cure and not prevention or simple treatments any longer.
One major way to identify a kidney problem is through urine. Many people just go to the toilet and do not pay attention to details (like how to put it on their CV that they can pay attention to details only to find it difficult to notice a minor change in the color and look of their urine). Some of you are so used to taking beer that you cannot tell if your foamy urine experience is from the excessive beer or a sign that something needs to be done (Are you Kidneying me, sorry I meant are you kidding me).
But your nonchalant attitude towards your health is the reason I am so concerned about you, and when I am concerned, I can have issues with my grammar so forgive the misplacement of kidney and kidding in my extra jokes. I promise it won’t affect the information being passed.
If your urine is looking like the beer you took some days ago with the foamy look every time, then you need to see a doctor ASAP because your kidney is trying to get your full and undivided attention before you begin to seek its attention, and at that time it would be too late. When your Urine is foamy, it means that proteins are finding their way through the kidney to the urine and so are leaking out with it. This can happen once in a while and when it does, it is normal which means you can just overlook it, and remember that I said once in a while, and not every time, but once it becomes a frequent thing, you should address this soon.
If your urine is darker than normal, it could be a result of a lot of things with one of them being blood leaking into the urine. This can be associated with injury in the kidney, but away from that, there could be a problem in the liver, or other organs that are associated with excretion including the gallstone. If you want to have peace of mind, pay attention to your piss I mean urine because it is the thin line of sign between you taking a walk on the street and lying on a hospital bed.
Other signs you should pay attention to as your urine is having color is swollen legs, high blood pressure, also, and if you are urinating frequently and excessively, then you need to go to the doctor. Take your health with seriousness and not levity.
