If the galaxies were houses in an urbanization it would be like a neighbor's house on the same street, a couple of numbers away from us and that is very interesting because we cannot see our galaxy completely, it would be like trying to see our forest, a forest that we inhabit being on the forest floor, but if when looking from above we see other distant forests By comparison we can understand that we are within one of them.

We can deduce that they are forests similar to ours and by studying the phenomena that occur in those other forests similar to ours we could understand how the forest in which we live, our galaxy, works, but the question is what is special about these new images.

The astronomers who have created these images define them as “a galactic masterpiece”, they are ultra-detailed images that reveal characteristics never seen before. To do so, they have used the Very Large Telescope (VLT) of the European Southern Observatory and have managed to display 1000 different colors that represent different regions, regions with stars, with gas with dust, with different elements and different activity.

There are so many stars and so much light in the image that the galaxy appears hazy and dusty, the center of the galaxy has more golden and orange light while the outer edges fade into a deep blue that ends up getting lost in the black of the universe, it is another forest, another forest similar to ours.
