The Human Body needs to engage in some activities for a healthy lifestyle. There are some vital organs in the body that are vital for survival, which include, the lungs, liver, brain, kidneys, and heart, if any of this organ is affected by any external or internal interference this will affect the lifestyle of a person. There are several ways to keep these organs and systems functioning perfectly and one of the best and oldest methods is through engaging in excersise.

Every excersise has a particular function on the body, one way to keep the body running and all our organs healthy and running perfectly is through performing excersise. The human system is divided into several systems of the body some of which include skeletal systems, musculoskeletal systems, cardiovascular systems, respiratory systems, and a lot more there are several excersise to keep this system running perfectly without any interference. This is one of the reasons we need an excersise physiologist who has fundamental knowledge of different excersise to help to preview the best excersise for an individual health improvement.

Health Benefits of Exercises
To Improve the Cardiovascular System; The cardio Vascular system involves the heart function and its entirety. Engaging in excersise helps to strengthen the heart muscle reduce the risk of Blood pressure and maintain a healthy heart rate. Excersise according to research and facts is the best way to improve the Cardiovascular system of the Body. Some of the excersise to engage in to improve cardio include, swimming, Tennis, and Cycling.
To improve the Respiratory System; The respiratory system had to deal with the Lings and breathing. Engaging in excersise helps to improve the Lungs and give healthy breathing. According to facts and research, it helps the lungs and heart function effectively without stress or any health problems to maintain a healthy lifestyle balance. Some excersise to improve this include, Jumping jack, running, Holding breaths, and breathing.
Improve the Musculoskeletal System;
Engaging in excersise helps to improve bone density and helps to enhance the Muscular system to improve muscular strength and build stronger bones. Building up the muscle helps an individual to stay fit physically. Some exercises to perform include; Lifting Weights, jugging, Push-ups, walking, and cycling.Improve the Brain; Excersise helps to improve the function of the brain and helps to boost memory. This is one of the best ways to help boost blood flow to the brain to aid a healthy brain functionalism. Being physically active and having good sleep helps the brain also with engaging in exercises to maintain a healthy brain. Some of the best exercises to help improve the brain include Dance, playing instruments, Puzzles, chess, reading books, and a lot more.
Reduces risk of Diseases; Engaging in Excersise helps to reduce the risk of diseases. There are several diseases that the human body can be exposed to when they don't engage in exercise, like cancer, diabetes, sickness, stroke, heart disease ailment, or early death, Excersise can serve as a medium to help reduce the risk of illness like this by helping the body to maintain its healthy balance and good state of mind. Some Excersise that are best to help reduce disease risk are, Running, jugging, Jumping, swimming, and a lot more.
I will Encourage every regardless of age or culture, to try to engage in Daily Excersise every morning or 2/3 times a week to help maintain a healthy lifestyle balance.
