Hello everyone from Hive Pets!
I want to introduce you to: Loki!
Loki is the owner of my paychecks, the love of my life, and the best buddy I've ever had. I feel this unique connection with him that I can't fully describe. He came to me as a present 4 years ago when I told my mother how I wanted a dog, and she knew about my little obsession with corgis, so she gifted me one.
He came from a bad situation where he was not being taken care of.
So when I received him, we noticed some health issues that quickly became hard to deal with...
He had a severe case of Giardia, which anyone with puppies or vulnerable dogs knows it can be a pain in the a** (literally, and figuratively).
He couldn't gain weight and as a result started eating his poop🤢, making it harder to fight the Giardiasis. We went to the hospital almost every week for around 4 months with little to no sleep, making sure that he had enough nutrients and lots of love. After 4 months, he was safe and out of the infection. At that moment, he could start with vaccines (at 9 months old😩). Because of this, he was not socialized correctly and on time.
He is one angry gremlin when he meets new male dogs.
He is super friendly with people, female dogs, and male neutered dogs, loves his sister very much (I'll present her in another post, but you can see a sneak peek of her in one photo)
He is very photogenic, very cocky, funny, intelligent and human-like in some ways. He is now 4 years old, and I feel so lucky to have him with me, biting my ankles when he wants me to go somewhere or just screaming and scoffing at me when I don't give him enough attention.
Here is my donation to the group:
dog tax dump of this loaf of bread.
Please give lots of kisses to your dog in my name😽
