Pantera, tal y como pueden ver, es un gato negro, con mucho pelo. Tanto es así, que parece una mota de color negro azabache. Este hermoso gatito es el dueño de mi casa desde hace cuatro años. Nos tiene embobados con sus cosas. Por cierto, que aparentemente el pobrecito, no tenía su propia camita para dormir. Porque, la mayoría de las fotos se las hicieron en las camas ajenas, donde suele ir a pasar ratos largos con nosotros.
Resulta, que nuestro gato Pantera consentido, durante la estación de invierno, nos busca para aprovechar el calor humano y nada mejor, que acercarse donde dormimos, con cobijas, almohadas y demás colchas, para aprovechar de arroparse, el muy cómodo. Pero en verano es otra cosa. Para que se nos acerque, cuesta mucho. Hay que buscarlo porque se muere de calor, y no se le puede ni tocar. Es un tema este minino.
Nuestro gato Pantera, llegó a la familia, cuando una noche, mi hijo casi que lo atropella. Era una pequeña motita negro azabache, casi no se veía, pero de repente, mi hijo frenó para no atropellarlo. Desde esa noche, hace cuatro años y medio, tenemos en nuestra casa, al gato negro más hermoso del barrio. Tiene cinco kilos y sus ojos amarillos brillan y se convierten en grandes faros, cuando les pega la luz de la cámara de frente.
Al amanecer, se le tomaron fotos y se publicaron en las redes a ver si alguien lo reclamaba, en vista de que no lo hicieron, pues mi hijo, decidió quedarse con la creatura huérfana. De inmediato lo llevó al veterinario, para registrarlo, vacunarlo y desparasitarlo. Así comenzó toda esta relación tan bonita con nuestro Panterito amado, hasta el sol de hoy, 6 de agosto de 2025.
Un dato, para quienes le dan a sus mascotas solamente alimento de marca Whiskas, sabemos que es una de las mejores en el mercado, pero lamentablemente si se acostumbra solo a darle gatarina seca se corre el riesgo de que el gatito se enferme de las vías urinarias. Así ocurrió a Pantera y ahora come una combinación de comida como pollo, alternado con su otra marca de gatarina llamada urinar.
Pantera, as you can see, is a black cat with lots of fur. So much so, he looks like a jet-black speck. This beautiful kitty has owned my house for four years. It turns out that our spoiled cat, Pantera, seeks us out during the winter to enjoy our warmth, and there's nothing better than approaching where we sleep, with blankets, pillows, and other comforters, so he can wrap himself up, so comfy. But in the summer, it's a different story. It takes a lot to get him to come near us. You have to find him because he's dying of heat, and you can't even touch him. This little thing is a challenge.
Our cat, Pantera, came to our family when one night my son almost ran him over. It was a tiny jet-black speck, almost invisible, but suddenly, my son braked to avoid hitting it. Since that night, four and a half years ago, we've had the most beautiful black cat in the neighborhood in our home. He weighs five kilos, and his yellow eyes shine and become large headlights when the light from the front-facing camera hits them.
At dawn, photos were taken and posted on social media to see if anyone would claim him. Since they didn't, my son decided to keep the orphaned creature. He immediately took him to the vet to register him, vaccinate him, and deworm him. Thus began this beautiful relationship with our beloved Panther, which continues to this day, August 6, 2025.
A note: for those who feed their pets only Whiskas brand food, we know it's one of the best on the market. Unfortunately, if you get used to only giving them dry cat food, you run the risk of urinary tract illness. This is what happened to Pantera, and now she eats a combination of foods like chicken, alternating with her other brand of cat food called Urinar.
