I hope you are all doing well. I am doing fine, thank God, with a new post for you, especially on this day, which we all know about but you may not, because you may be new like I was a while ago, or you may not have a cat, ha ha ha.
But yes, friends, today, August 8, is International Cat Day, and I want to wish all your furry friends a happy day. They surely wake you up early every day of your lives, biting or meowing for food, jumping around the house whenever they want, and of course always looking at us with judgmental eyes, ha ha ha.
In addition to sleeping a lot, but a lot, they win our hearts with their tenderness and games. In my case, I live with two cats, who, by chance, are both calicos, but with very different personalities. The first one you all know, my beloved daughter Lilith, is already 3 years old and is becoming an adult cat, although for me she will always be a baby, and I always cry when I see her photos as a little kitten.
Lilith is now big, and my mom takes care of her at her house while I'm in Barquisimeto working. She already has an established routine there, so it pains me to take her out of her environment. She roams around the house, has the patio to herself, has her own schedule for going out and coming in, and her own meal times. Of course, when I arrive, she gets excited and doesn't want to know about anyone else, only me, and she locks herself in with me, ha ha ha.
The other one, who is not so well known although she already has an introductory post here, is Brenda. Brenda is a kitten who is barely a year old. She is my roommate's cat and the darling of the apartment. She literally does whatever she wants without anyone saying anything to her. Unlike Lilith, who is very shy and doesn't get along with visitors, Brenda is more sociable. She sniffs visitors, but once she's done that, she jumps on them to bite them.
That's another thing. Brenda, with her size, apart from being very hyperactive, bites and doesn't let you pet her. Lilith, on the other hand, is calmer, and if she likes you, she lets you pet her and only bites you if you do something she doesn't like and with warnings. Brenda doesn't. Brenda is like that for everything and nothing.
The relationship between Brenda and me is that she messes with me and I mess with her, ha ha ha, it's that simple, but in the end, when I leave, I miss her and she misses me, and she takes over my room until I come back.
But hey, my friends, that's life with cats, very fun and full of stories, and lots and lots of hair, ha ha ha, but what would we do without these cute creatures, right?
Espero se encuentren muy bien, yo bien, gracias a Dios, con un nuevo post para ustedes, en especial en este dÃa, del cual todos sabemos y no lo sabes, es porque, puede ser que seas nuevo como lo fui yo hace tiempo o no tengas un michi jajaja
Pero si amigos, hoy 8 de agosto, es el dÃa internacional del gato, y quiero desearles un feliz dÃa a todos sus amigos peludos, que seguramente todos los dÃas de sus vidas los despiertan de madruga, mordiendo los o maullando para que les den comida, saltan cuando quieren por toda la casa y por supuesto siempre nos miran con ojos juzgones jajaja
Además de dormir mucho, pero mucho tiempo, se ganan nuestro corazones con su ternura y juegos. En mi caso, yo convivo con dos gatas, que para casualidades de la vida, ambas son calicos, pero con personalidades muy distintas. La primera todas ya la conocen, mi amada hijita Lilith, ya tiene 3 añitos, y se está convirtiendo en una gatita adulta, aunque para mà siempre será una bebe, y siempre me pongo a llorar cuando veo sus fotos de pequeñita.
Lilith actualmente está grande, la cuida mi mamá en su casa mientras yo estoy en Barquisimeto trabajando, ya teniendo una rutina establecida allá, me da mucho pesar sacarla de su entorno. Pasea por toda la casa, tiene el patio como suyo, tiene sus horarios de salida y de entrada, y sus horas de comida. Eso sÃ, cuando yo llego, ella se alebresta y no quiere saber de nadie, solo de mà y se encierra conmigo jajaja.
La otra no tan conocida aunque ya tiene un post de presentación aquÃ, es Brenda, Brenda es una gatita que apenas tiene un añito, es la gatita de rommate de apto, y es la consentida del apartamento, literalmente es la que puede hacer y deshacer sin que nadie le diga nada. A diferencia de Lilith que es muy tÃmida y no se lleva bien con las visitas, Brenda es más sociable, si olfatea a las visitas pero una vez eso, les brinca encima para morderlos.
Esa es otra cosa, Brenda con ese tamaño aparte de ser muy hiperactiva, muerde, no se deja hacer cariño, en cambio Lilith es más tranquila, y si te quiera, se deja hacer cariño, y solo te muerde si le haces algo que no le gusta y con avisos, Brenda no, Brenda es que es por todo y por nada.
La relación conmigo y Brenda es una de que ella se mete conmigo y yo me meto con ella jajaja, asà de simple, pero al final, cuando me voy, la extraño y ella a mÃ, y se apodera de mi cuarto hasta que regrese.
Pero bueno mis amigos, asà es la vida con gatos, muy divertida y llena de anécdotas, y de mucho, mucho pelo jajaja pero, ¿qué harÃamos sin estás criaturas tan lindas verdad ?
