Greetings, animal lovers! Today I want to introduce you to Aisha, a dog who stole my heart from the very first moment. I met her when I went to her house to get my hair done, since her human grandmother 😆 is a hairdresser. When I entered her house, I stood at the door for a few minutes so she could sniff me and give me her doggy permission to come in.

I didn't know her breed, although I had seen dogs like her before. They are beautiful and have a docile and affectionate personality. Shortly after entering her house, she wanted to play with me, so she took out her stuffed animals and started running around.

Conociendo a Aisha

Saludos amigos amantes de los animales, hoy quiero presentarles a Aisha una perrita que robó mi corazón desde el primer momento, la conocí cuando fui a su casa arreglarme el cabello, ya que su abuela humana 😆 es peluquera, cuando entré a su casa me quedé unos minutos en la puerta para que ella me olfateara y me diera el permiso perruno de entrar.

No conocía su raza, aunque ya había visto perritos así. Son hermosos y tienen una personalidad dócil y cariñosa. Al rato de entrar en su casa ya quería jugar conmigo y por eso sacó sus peluches y comenzó a correr.

Aisha is a migrant, and her story is charming. When she was born, she was bought by her family with the purpose of providing emotional support to a girl who was suffering from depression due to the changes she had undergone: first the separation of her parents, then the emigration from Venezuela to Peru, and finally the COVID-19 pandemic. All of this made the girl sick, and since they lived in an apartment, they needed a small breed that would adapt to those conditions and be accepted by the neighbors.

They tell me that, little by little, as the dog grew up, her owner, the girl, began to emerge from the sadness she was immersed in and started to fulfill her obligations to care for Aisha, feeding her, bathing her, and combing her daily. This dog is now three years old and has gone through two heat cycles, so she can be considered an adult.

Aisha es migrante y su historia es encantadora, cuando nació fue comprada por su familia con el propósito de brindar apoyo emocional a una niña que estaba sufriendo de depresión por los cambios que había sufrido primero la separación de sus padres, luego la emigración de Venezuela a Perú y por último la pandemia COVID-19 todo eso hizo que la niña enfermara y como ellos vivían en un apartamento necesitaban una raza pequeña que se adaptara a esas condiciones y fuera aceptada por los vecinos.

Me cuentan que, poco a poco, mientras crecía la perra, su dueña que es la niña, fue saliendo de la tristeza en la que estaba sumergida y comenzó a cumplir con las obligaciones de atender a Aisha, dándole comida, bañándola y peinándola diariamente. Esta perrita ya tiene tres años y ha pasado por dos celos, así que se puede considerar una adulta.

When they decided to return to their country, Venezuela, a month ago, they never doubted that the trip would be difficult, but not impossible. In addition to the fact that the dog would accompany them by air or land, they would not leave her behind, as she is an important member of their family. They prepared everything to come by plane, the vaccinations and permits were ready, but at the last minute, there were political measures between Venezuela and Peru and their flight was canceled. The airline refunded the ticket and they had to travel by land.

It was a sudden change, but they traveled by land, which caused the dog to become ill as she went through different altitudes and temperatures. On the way, she vomited and had bloody diarrhea. Her family thought she would die, but they continued to care for her, and she survived. Today, she is a healthy and happy dog.

Cuando decidieron regresar hace un mes a su país, Venezuela, nunca dudaron de que el viaje sería difícil, pero no imposible. Además de que la perrita las acompañaría por aire o tierra, no la dejarían, ya que es un miembro importante en su familia. Prepararon todo para venirse en avión, las vacunas y permisos estaban listos, pero, a último momento, hubo medidas políticas entre los países Venezuela y Perú y su vuelo fue cancelado, la aerolínea reembolsó el pasaje y tuvieron que viajar por tierra.

Fue un cambió brusco pero se vinieron por tierra, lo que ocasionó que la perrita enfermará ya que pasó por distintas altitudes y temperaturas, en el camino le dió vómitos y diarrea de sangre, su familia pensó que moriría, asustados siguieron cuidandola y resistió. Hoy es una perrita saludable y feliz.

She is spoiled and loves to be petted and combed. I could see how they combed her with care and affection, and when Aisha gained confidence in me, she jumped on my legs. I was really surprised, and that gesture made me very happy. The neighbors pass by and call her “the little Peruvian” because she comes from that country. 😁😆.

I have a mission to find her a boyfriend. Let's see if I can play matchmaker for her, since I haven't been able to find a girlfriend for my Duke. It's a shame they're not the same breed.

I like it when people are responsible pet owners, who don't abandon their animals for any reason and take them with them when they have to travel. Aisha is lucky. I wish all dogs had a family like that.

Es una consentida, que le encanta que la acaricien y la peinen, pude ver como la peinaban con cuidado y cariño, y Aisha en lo que agarro confianza conmigo brinco sobre mis piernas, la verdad me sorprendió y ese gesto me dio mucha alegría. Las vecinas pasan y la llaman la peruanita por venir de ese país. 😁😆.

Tengo la misión de encontrarle novio, vamos a ver si puedo ser la celestina con ella, ya que no he podido conseguirle novia a mi Duke, es una lástima que no sean de la misma raza.

Me gusta cuando las personas son dueños responsables con los animales, que no los dejan por ninguna causa y que sí tienen que viajar se los llevan con ellos. Aisha es una afortunada, ojalá todos los perritos tengan una familia así.
