My house is not as clean and neat as others. My house is full of wool. Here and there you can find things that dogs stole and made them their toys. But there is one point that compensates for all this for me.
This is the moment when the dog that came to my house unhappy and frightened begins to feel safe. Believe me, it's very clear. At this moment, I realise that everything was not in vain.
It was more than a month before Nora began to feel like a full member of our family. Now she's calmed down. She realised that no one would ever hit her again. She knows that she can climb on the couch, in an armchair or under my blanket and it will be fine.
Last week, Nora was examined by a veterinarian. A sterilisation operation is scheduled for August 6. We have a very good vet and I'm sure everything will go well. I promised Nora that I would buy her a collar with rhinestones and toys. I will definitely do it.
