Greetings ❤️ it's the first time I post in this community and I wanted to tell you about my kitten Simba and his little brother Aishi, I hope you like the way of writing, of telling, and I'm open to criticism, thank you very much in advance for reading ❤️
On 04/07/2021 a relative returning home found a box with 6 kittens a few days old, it was already getting dark and he took them home, he does not like cats, but he kept one that his name is "manchi", he put the other 5 up for adoption and well we decided to adopt simba, he was so small when he came home, the first day he slept under the bed, probably out of fear and having separated from his little brothers.
We lived on the third floor, and we didn't have a patio, so it was quite difficult to take care of his curiosity towards the outside, but we gave him a break by taking him to the terrace with surveillance or exploring the building, his upbringing was something beautiful, watching him grow, knowing his "habits", he communicates with us as complaining when we don't do what he wants.
It was the first time that we had this responsibility of thinking of a third party, we did not have an ideal economy either, but the vet and good food were never lacking, and from time to time a leftover chick.
Unfortunately we had an error, a huge negligence that I blame a lot, the windows had a mosquito net, but it was broken, even so he always perched on the window on our side covering himself with the outside mosquito net, but his curiosity won him over and he got out through the hole, we didn't notice what he was doing, we were lying down, and suddenly I heard a knock, I immediately knew that something was wrong, I looked out and it was lying there on the floor, as it was I went flying to look for it, 3 floors fell, 3... we went back upstairs, I changed and ran to the vet, luckily they treated me as an emergency and gave him the necessary medications and gave me an appointment for an operation.
When he got home after the operation, he drank water, ate a little and stood next to the stove, he always asked us to turn it on, we spent some time waiting, bringing him water, giving him food by hand, with the stove so that this warm one, and with his adequate rest, cries a lot the truth is I couldn't stand seeing him like this, he was always going around the house, we couldn't go to the bathroom because he was following us.
Luckily he had a very good recovery, we know from what the veterinarian said that in the future his operation could bring him problems, but we could not leave him like that, Simba fought and now he is huge, he is still just as curious, but now we as his managers put in the new house a net on the window, we learned and in the worst possible way
As you can see, it's better now, after recovery the baby jumps, runs and plays normally.
Aishi's arrival
Already moved to the new apartment, my father returning from work at 3 in the morning, one night when it rained, he heard a meow, it was another baby, he seemed lost, he was afraid and cold, my father is a fan of animals, he has many cats in his house, he couldn't keep it, but he wasn't going to leave it like that. I wonder if we could keep it, and we thought simba could use a little partner ❤️

(My apologies for the quality of this image)
Now you can tell they are happy, we recently bought a scratching post so they can play there and stop breaking the mattress 😆 but it is a huge affection that they give me, every day when I come back from work they roll around on the floor to greet me and wait for their caresses, they are a very beautiful part of my life
