I believe AI is one of the hotest technologies right now, with us moving from ititerative AI to generative AI now.
This evolution from AI agents which retrieve data, to AI agents who synthesisze new data from old data, as in generate or create new data is huge.
I am studying AI now, and I am taking these three actions;
Figuring out how to integrate it into my job, to make me more valuable. Many fear AI will replace them, and I know that AI will replace some jobs, but I feel like I can use AI to make it less likely to lose my job and maybe even get a raise.
I obtained a second job, where they are paying me to train an AI Chatbot in my area of expertise. If you can't beat them, join them. I am tryng to get better at my job using AI. But at the same time, I am pursuing a job in the AI world to be my side hustle, and possible in the future it could become my full time job, so Plan B.
I am learning to build domain specific GPT agents for commercial use, i.e. sell to a company looking for the latest high tech innovation. I see this as an additional way to profit from the coming technological change: AI, which is fast overtaking the world.
Last Words
I have noted that technology is evolving at an ever increasing pace, and that the rate of consumer engagement with new technology and consumer adoption of technology takes off once it evolves to a level where the technology is imperceptible, but it works better then it's predecessor. But AI is still complicated.
So there is time to get on this train and secure yourself a seat on the ride into the future.
