This here out sums it up...hOW OLD WERE YOU WHEN YOU WENT ADVENTURING AWAY FROM YOUR HOUSE, BLOCK, NEIGHBORHOOD, CITY/TOWN? Sorry bout the caps I have fat fingers and I've had a cpl gummies and a few beerzzzzz. BACK AT IT!!! MeI would say 2 or three. We lived in an apartment, ground floor, in Pacifica, CA.I dont know the particulars but my momma said They were frantic and I just cruised on down to the pier like 8 blocks away. And from there it didnt take me long to just go. I cant ever really recall telln my mom I was fixin to hope the bus and head to the city and hang out on the warf/Pier 39. Again that was at a young age... 5th grade maybe.

I went everywhere as a kid. I was a walkin fool. Or riding the SamTrams up to the city and from there all the way down to Palo Alto. Man alive as a teen this was the shit. My luscious long ginger locks blowing in the wind. I was a walking heavy metal Music video!! I still do it too when theres a fan blowing, I HAVE to jump in front of it with my air guitar and shake my head so the fan can blow it. In my mind there are sparks, lasers, everywhere and beautiful women clawing at my legs trying to get at me and midgets skip dancing around me.
Ok lemme pull myself back together. Reality and fantasy often cross my path...
SHIT Not long after the pier incident. My lil bros dad left me at the park!!! He was in a softball game and afterwards he went home and my mother asked wtf was yeti!!! he thought i was with her. Now where we lived at the time and where orange park was, was maybe 10 miles one way. So they boogies their dumb asses back to he park and there I was justa chillin and playing without a care in the world.
There wasnt a place I wouldn't go. Never really asked for permission. Mom worked full time and did the shit that she did after work. Sometimes she made dinner then the rest of the time it was me doing it for my bro and I. I was an asshole, am an asshole brother.
We lived in a pretty bad neighborhood and we were one of 3 white families there. From the day we got there I got my ass beat on a daily. And never, well a few times, was it one on one. Then 1 day i dont know how, I think it was the summer before Jr. high ,naw, was 6th grade. I remember now... N E Who, the dudes called me over and didn't fk with me Just talked and kicked it. This was when break dancing was the shit. Remember that? Bro, I got the parachute pants and all. BWAHAHA.
Just this skinny ass cracker out the breakin with the Samoans and Tongans!! I looked like a 2x4 falling from the back of a work truck and bouncing down the highway. Thing of it is, I thought I was FREAKN GOOD!!! RUN DMC, Dog!! Fkn love them.
I think that was the year Run DMC did the cover of, "Walk This Way" By Aerosmith. Man alive the hoopla and shit talkin the went around that. Run did it forst , no Aero did.. NAWW MAN... It was ur mom!!! Somewhere around that time, 7th grade, I was a full on metal head. And then the Bestie Boys Released. Right to Party. MAN ALIVE who knew some Jewish ass cracker kids from the Bronyx could rap like that. Wasn't to long after that That I realized Kerry King from SLAYER did a cameo on that album. Was pretty dope, I still rock that album.
I was a Mall rat from a young age. Just place to go, right. I would walk from Cst to Tanfran mall on a daily sometimes twice. From South City to San Bruno To Tanfran I bet is like 10+ miles. Man with the hommies it was a blast. We would fuck with each other, Talk shit, girls, music, Chill and watch traffic, LOL.
Any of you dudes ever wear they crop top style shirt? Not me, black tee shirt and blue levis and a flannel. We would go chill in the Chinese Cemetery in Colma at night drinkin beers, smoking weed and trippn bawlz on LSD.I don't like cemeteries at nigh. NEWP, NADA, NOIT FOR MWAAH!!
The most destructive I ever got was a buddy of mine and me got to taking car hood emblems. ANyone here reading this from back in the day, I apologize I was stupid hell I still am!!! We fkd some shit up doing that. I haven't thought of that in ever!!!
We would ditch school and after realizing how much it sucked . Sucked cuz of the pigs man, the fuzz, flat foots, Keystone Cops, bobby, COPS!!! About then was when shit started changing. After the release of the movie "COLORS" it seemed like life changed a lil bit.
