Apologize for the delay with this contest, irl has been crazy lately as well as managing things for @holozing.
Due to the delay there were a couple entries I decided to exclude as they were posted within the past 2 days rather than within a week of that contest, but I suggested them to participate in the next one instead with the same entries, so I hope they will.
For this contest, only 2 valid entries posted, let's take a look at how they did!

Due to lack of participants in this "week's" contest, we'll assign 1000 HP delegation to the two valid entries (700+300). Hoping for more entries in the next one which will have the usual 5 spots for 1250 HP delegation.
