Like it is said that “Health Is Wealth”, there is no doubt that a healthy soul can seek wealth. An ill soul has no way of accumulating wealth. Therefore, it's best to prioritize one's health and reassure oneself that they are well.
I have tried so much lately to make sure I keep a good fitness record. Though I am not the type that patronizes the gym now and then. But at least once in a while I always have my fitness routine. I make sure I try to keep up with it.
My physical stature is not that which needs some kind of heavy fitness routine. At most, I opt for exercise and it has been showing good results on my health and physical development.
What are my routines?
Exercises
Exercise is way different from gyming. As for gyms, you will have to get fit with the aid of some tools and instruments like the use of dumbbells and some other instruments. Exercise on the other hand is somewhat easy to get done because you don't need the aid of an instrument.
I practice daily exercise, sit-ups, push-ups, and a few others. This is something that will work for my abs, PACs, stomach fats, and muscle build-up.
Taking a walk
Another thing I get to do when I am at my leisure is walking, this helps me have my blood circulatory system function well as a result of staying indoors most time. There were times I would decide to just trek instead of taking bikes to where I wanted to go.
Sleeping
Recently I have been getting deprived of sleep. I think I spend most of my time doing other things and most times I don't get enough sleep that I need. But out of the tight schedule, I got myself engaged in I make sure I still spare at least four hours at minimum to sleep during the night and about an hour sleep during the daytime.
###Eat good food
This might sound somehow funny, but the fact is that the kind of food you take in has a lot of impact on your health and fitness. You might have regular attendance in the gym but once you fail to realize the impact of your diet on your health you will just happen to be like a soul revolving around a circle.
Eating junk food and canned foodstuffs is not so healthy for us. So I replace them with vegetables, fruits, and more staples than canned food. I also try as much to reduce the intake of soft drinks and drink more water instead.
In conclusion, these are my little health tips that keep me fit and on track. It's not that much but I have had positive results from the little and consistent efforts.
