Do you consider yourself fit/healthy? , are you or are you planning to be fit? What are you doing or planning to achieve that? What You can write about it in as much detail as you want.
There is a popular saying: health is wealth. You can’t seek for wealth unhealthily. You can only achieve your goals and dreams when you are healthy. It is very important for us to patronise our health. We have been hearing how important our health is, but only a few put in their effort. I feel pain when people ignore their health, knowing how important our health is. I also tell myself without my health I am nothing. I have come to realise that when it comes to maintaining good health, we have to put in our best.
According to research, people who take care of their health are more productive and effective, and they have a long life span. There is this popular actor at 70; he is looking 50. That is what you get to achieve when you are healthy.
When it comes to my health, I don’t joke with it; from what I eat, drink, and wear, I make sure it is excellent. There is a need for us to take care of our health. I know it is not always easy, but you can actually start from little.
My daily routine.
The first thing we should look out for is our food: it is very important for us to eat a balanced diet of food rich with nutrients, vegetables, fruits, and fibres. You can go to the gym, but if you are
Not eating healthy is a problem. If you have a good gym instructor, they always encourage you to eat healthy. There is a need for you to balance your meal. Eat more healthy food than processed food. All the junk food we eat on a daily basis is very bad for our health.
Exercise: Exercise is very important. When you are exercising, you are not just doing it to keep fit; you are also burning calories. Exercise is one thing I don’t miss. I exercise my body on a daily basis to keep fit; even if it is 10 minutes, I will exercise.
Hydration: water is very important. I try my best to hydrate myself; I drink a lot of water to stay healthy. Especially early morning water is very important.
Sleep: I try my best to have up to 8 hours of rest. The way I patronise my health is like no man's business; nothing can come between me and my sleep. No matter how busy I may be, once it is 9pm, I will stop whatever I am doing and go to bed.
In general it is very important for us to patronise our health; we should never play with our health. When we are healthy, we will be more productive; always have this at the back of your mind: health is wealth.
