Assalamu alaikum,
Year after year is passing by and the heat that comes with Summer season is increasing drastically. Climate change is doing its work and whose fault is it?
The truth is that we have done all the possible things to harm nature. It is time for the payback and things will get worst in coming years if we don't stop harming the nature.
Here are few things that I do personally to help myself with the heat as well as to contribute towards the nature.
Keep yourself Hydrated
Summer season comes with heat and during this heat make sure you are taking enough of water as that is really important.
You don't have to go with drinking too much cold water. Keep it moderate as too much cold water is not good for you either.
I am a mother of 3 years old and so what I do will be observed by my son and that is why I try to do things that are good for me and my son.
Let the sweat come
While a lot of people simply spend time in a room with air condition, the truth is that we also need this heat even if a little.
Let your body sweat and try to take fresh air which is only possible in the morning or in the evening as in between you can't go out.
I personally don't wake up so early so for me the time slot for fresh air is in the evening. It can be in the Park or even at your terrace if you have plants.
Eat Fruits
Fruits like watermelon will help you internally. You might not feel the cold outside but it is a good fruit to take in this summer.
Salads are also good here, specially cucumber is one of the things to eat here. In my home that is eaten almost everyday by everyone.
I wish my son was also good at eating it, haha.
Towards nature
Lastly I will like to say that we all should contribute towards the nature. It does not matter what others are doing. Look at what you are doing.
Don't harm the nature, plant trees in the garden and bring plants to your terrace or balcony and take care of them.
Don't pollute the nature. Do everything possible to help nature and believe me together we all can bring a change.
