You might have read the title of my blog already and it says,"Let us learn about attacking system."
In today's blog we will learn about the attacking system. Please note that this blog is based on the experiments and activities i have done in the game so far.
Information about attacks

Golem Overlord has variety of stats for every player based on which Parts mined, attacks success rate, defending rate, and, loot rate are determined.
When it comes to attacking someone, it is often difficult to find a suitable player to attack on unless and until you are attacking just based on the win ratio on the player you are attacking. Win ratio is determined by the comparison of both players fortification.
Let's see through an example :

Above we can see that the win chance on both the players are same. But let us understand the true meaning of this 62.50% win chance that is being reflected here.
Just hover on that percentage and you will see the following information.
So now you see, this percentage simply means that our fortification has a slight advantage but winning is not only dependent on these two stats ( Power and fortification ).
Again what i am saying is just based on my experience. What i have noticed is that even level of other player is a factor in winning the battle. I mostly win on players with same or less level compared to that of mine.
I am not saying that you can't win of players with higher level compared to that of yours. I myself have won in those conditions but the probability was less in this case compared to the first case.
Whom should you attack ?
This is the question i was asking when i started playing the game. When i was simply attacking others based on the winning percentage.
Again, i have to thanks new friends that i made on IndiaUnited Discord as they helped me understanding about whom should i attack.
So, first thing to remember is that chose a player on whom you have a 76% winning chance. Avoid attacking people where you have a 62.5 winning chance though keep in mind that you can win from them as well.
Now do not attack a person whose level is higher than that of your. If your level is 4 then attack a player with level 4 or at max 5.
According to my attacking experience, i have losed most of the times in the cases where i was attacking a person who has a higher level compared to mine( Please correct me if i am wrong or if anyone knows something i have missed, please mention it to me in the comments).
Conclusion
When attacking somone keep following things in mind :
- Your winning chance percent. ( Recommeded 76% )
- See the level of the player you are attacking. ( attack on players with same level or at most on players who has +1 level compared to yours)
I was only able to write this blog after myself experimenting and learning from my experience. Keep experimenting and maybe you can write a better and more helpful blog for others.
