My name is Kahkashan and i recently joined the Discord of Indiaunited. Soon after that i got to know about a blockchain game build on hive blockchain.
So, today i will share about my very first blockchain game. The game that i started playing last month itself. I think i have played the game for a decent amount of time that i can share my thoughts about it with everyone.
About the Game
So, this game is known as Golem Overlord. In this game there are a set of parameters for everyone's account and based on the level of those parameters you can earn PART tokens.
Here are the parameters i am talking about that you must power up with time in order to get on the top and in order to improve your earnings.
PART : It is a native token for golem overlord that you will earn throughout the game for attacking other players. Also there is a rate at which you will mine these tokens as well.
You can see below my earned PART tokens from mining. the timer at the right is the time before which i can not claim my mined tokens.
you can claim these tokens once every eight hours. ( Three times a Day )
Burning Mechanism of the game
When i started playing this game back in April, there was a burning mechanism that every player must follow. So Basically one must burn the 75% of the total amount earned ( In PARTS ) to continue playing the game.
The good thing is that you don't simply burn your tokens for nothing but these tokens are burned in exchange of upgrades of your parameters. For example you can burn 10 PARTS to buy one scavenger golem.
Now ( At Present ), The burning percentage is increased to 80% and this too was done by voting. So anyone who was playing the game got the chance to vote for this proposal of changing the burn rate from 75 to 80%.
About the Earning
I would say that the game is really beneficial in terms of returns, even after the 80% burn mechanism one can easily get his/her initial investment out in less than a month.
I have personally not cashed out my profit ( what i earned above 80% ) and i have used that in upgrading my parameters most of the time.
Still even after that i was able to recover 50% of my investment till now. If i would have been selling all my PARTS ( in profit ) then i would have recovered 70+ percent of my investment untill now.

Conclusion
In my opinion, i would say that this is a good game. Though you will not see players fighting each other in real ( No animation ). But the good return will make you get stick to this game.
Also, for someone like me who has never played any blockchain game before, this is a really good experience. I can atleast try more games build on blockchain technology.
I have seen talks about more games that are in development on Hive blockchain and i will be researching on them to join those games as well.
