Hello everyone. How are you? I hope you're doing well. This is my first time participating in this contest. Nice to meet you all. I'm intrigued by the questions from this community , and they feel relevant to my life. The first question is, am I fit or do I feel healthy?
In the past few months, I haven't gotten sick easily. This means I'm considered a healthy person. However, in the past 2-3 months, I've felt a lot of thoughts bothering me. In some of my writing, I've been suffering from depression. Three years in a row, I lost my girlfriend, my mother, and most recently, last year, I lost my job. Worst of all, it seems like my job triggered everything.
This year, after losing my job, I felt a lot of problems in my life. It probably peaked in April, when I felt the pressure was quite severe. I just stayed at home, going out only occasionally to get food. Finally, in May, I found a YouTube practitioner who uses the Sedona method. After two months of releasing my emotions, I feel better today.
For the past two weeks, I've been increasing my morning and evening activities with somatic exercises and meditation. Sometimes I do them in the morning or at night. I'm still releasing emotions with Sedona. The past week has been great, I've been able to get out of the house and visit many places. Grounding myself and so on.
It feels like my body wants to keep getting out and seeing new things. Last April, I also ran and walked. But I still felt hopeless. And finally, slowly, I feel my body returning. During my release, I continued to feel better. I can feel happy again. What will I do next?
For May and June, I stopped exercising. On the other hand, my foot was also injured. Maybe this month, I'll get back to my regular exercise routine. Light workouts at home and the occasional run. I feel like there's new energy in my body today. That's probably all I can share. See you in another story.
