Most times we forget the fact that our health is very paramount to us just like whatever things we are doing also. When they say health is wealth it does not really mean that health is money, but to my own understanding it means that the way we prioritize money in everything we do our health also should be something we guard jealously because when anything happens to it there is no way we can get a replacement for it. We can only live once and die once, and once what is needed for us to do is not done on time then it becomes a problem.
Some weeks back all of my friends posted something and a status saying that good health can't be underrated, and I said we don't know the values of what we have until we lose it. And the reason for saying this is that I thought of some that are in sickbeds, and they are unable to do the things we are doing. How will they be feeling? No one can ever relate to the kind of pain they are facing except them alone, and this is why I say we should always prioritize our health.
Yesterday I started my day on a good one but somehow ended it in a bad way because I was feeling pains throughout. For some weeks now we have been having some issues of robbery around the vicinity and most of the students have been the one guiding their lives and properties because the security agents are not ready to do that for them and which most of the students believes they are also the ones giving information about them to the armed robbers. Coupled with the fact that I have been working myself out, and I won't be able to rest well at night, this triggered a lot in my body system.

Just like my normal daily routine, I felt like having a break to do my laundry, and then after finishing the laundry I felt dizzy at some point, and I also had a high temperature and was having severe body pain. Infact I could not understand my body system anymore, and everything went worse. I had to pause first, and then I went straight into the bedroom to take a light shower to reduce the temperature, which I was able to achieve, but it was not in totality.

Then after some minutes, it became worse again, and I had to leave everything I was doing to make sure I was fine. I took some medications, but since I don't even know how I was feeling, it will be so hard for me to explain to any pharmacist and for them to prescribe a drug to me. I immediately finished my laundry and took a nap, but after that it reduced a bit, and the migraine started with full force, and I couldn't eat anything to keep fit and get energy. After all the dreadful day, at night I decided to sleep very early and to let go of all the activities I was supposed to do for the night, and I slept straight for about 2 hours after taking a paracetamol, and eventually when I woke up, I felt the relief and I was happy. In whatever you do, always pay attention to your body system because only you can understand how you feel.
