Ahoy ye scurvy sea dogs!
Deadman's Bay is where the smarmiest of us buckaneers spend most of our time. Whether it be at The Salty Tavern gettin' drunk and fightin', or browsing the marketplace at Black Cove port, there's many places for pirates like us to get into trouble.
Speakin' of trouble, I just received news from a certain merchant acquaintance (who shall go unnamed) who happens ta be havin' a hard time receivin' his "wares" thanks ta the British and Spanish fleets crackin' down on traders. Most unfortunate fer him, but a great opportunity fer freebooters like us! He's willin' ta reward anybody who can bring him his "goods".
A new quest has begun in Pirate World! Here's how ta join:
Leave a comment saying how ye'r tryin' ta sneak "the goods" past the fleets patrolling the High Seas! Then I'll roll a ten sided die to see how many "goods" y'eve managed to smuggle in.
EASY RULES
- One smugglin' run per pirate.
- Each run brings between 1 to 10 "goods" to The Merchant (based a random roll of a d10. I'll roll the dice for you with a dice roller.)
2b. UPDATE: if ye mention @piratedice in y'er comment, it will roll automatically. Much obliged ta @simplegame fer settin' this up fer us! - The Merchant needs 30 bags of "goods" to be satisfied.
Until The Merchant gets his goods, Pirate World, Deadman's Bay and The Salty Tavern (aka the Pirate World discord server, aka, according to some pirates, "The Best Discord Server on the High Seas") will be without necessary "supplies".

Quest status:
- Usin' deception, @simplegame manag'd ta smuggle 3 boxes of goods to The Merchant, who needs 27 more boxes.
- With the help of sirens, @battleaxe leads half the patrol ships away, smugglin' 9 boxes of goods to The Merchant, who needs 18 more boxes.
- In a stunnin' display of tactical prowess, @miryam took the remaining patrol ships by surprise and blew a large hole in the remaining Spanish and British patrol ships with massive firepower. Bringin' a full hold of 10 boxes to The Merchant, only 8 boxes are needed fer their full satisfaction.
