On the 24th February 2022, Ricardo Bosi uploaded a short video to bitchute.com as a "Breaking News! RICCARDO BOSI UPDATE 24 FEBRUARY 2022 - AIDS / HIV+ Breaking News!
In this video Ricardo claims to have received reports and intel regarding members of the public arriving to health service providers and hospitals, only to be forced to undergo a HIV test. He then claims this is because of the #covid-19 experimental #mRNA gene therapy injections causing HIV / AIDS in the injected.
Prior to Ricardo's bulletin video being broadcast, I had come across an official looking New South Wales Health Advisory letter uploaded to several Telegram groups all around the same time of day. After a bit of investigation, I saw that the date of the advisory letter's publication was uploaded to the NSW Health department website around June 2019.
I thought nothing of this (just another irritating case of misinformation being promulgated to go viral and spread unsubstantiated rumours through the population) until I saw Bosi's video dated 24th February 2022. I made a snap decision to email A1 Party to advise Ricardo Bosi of his part in unintentionally spreading misinformation and also to try out some #psy-op and flattery techniques. Bosi is a retired high ranking SAS colonel? who reveled in #psyops and "cognitive warfare" so it would be fun to see whether I got anywhere with him or A1 through a good Samaritan deed.

I am writing to bring to your attention what I investigated after viewing Ricardo's short update video released earlier this week:
* - AustralianOne Party (A1) - Riccardo Bosi Update 24 February 2022In this video Ricardo spoke of recently published guidance on the TGA's website and further information they published to explain why a COVID-19 vaccine recipient could now potentially return a positive serology test results for AIDS. This was monumental news for me so I spent hours trawling through the TGA's nightmare of a website trying to find the same AIDS / COVID-19 guidance advice there.
I didn't find anything on the TGA website related to AIDS / COVID-19 as described by Riccardo in his short video, but I did find this being circulated in numerous Telegram groups when I reached out to them. It's a two page NSW Health letter (ref #H19/54139-1), which has no date and is undersigned by NSW CHO Kerry Chant

The fact it was provided the same day I requested any evidence or government documents that outlined the new AIDS serology testing requirements for COVID-19 vaccine recipients was remarkable to me. The lack of date on the top of the letter was also remarkable.
Further investigation on the NSW Health homepage proved that the above letter was not what Riccardo referred to in his video, it came from https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/endinghiv/Pages/health-professionals.aspx
and the letter I was provided is still hosted as a .pdf file here: https://aci.health.nsw.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0006/496689/CHO-letter-to-CEs-re-ED-HIV-Testing_June-2019.pdf . It is identical to the 2 images of the letter I received (attached is a copy of the .pdf).
Riccardo & A1, I truly hope this information is of use to you as I couldn't find the information Riccardo mentioned to existing on the TGA website. I share this with you just in case A1 was intentionally misled by it, like I nearly was.
The verbiage is identical in parts to what Riccardo stated on video (e.g. "Patients may not disclose HIV risk factors – including among some men who identify as heterosexual, have a female partner/s and children but who have sex with men") so that indicates to me A1 may have been misled into Riccardo stating the same.
Disinformation & Misinformation is rife - in hyperdrive at present so what I write to you is of assistance, I am glad to be of service!

Conclusion
All in all, a rather unremarkable exchange. I did not expect any response from A1 Party yet it is peculiar to see that Bosi's misinformative Breaking News video is still uploaded and available on bitchute.com.
This is a record of the exchange published on the #hive blockchain for posterity's sake. The question still remains as to whether Ricardo had any idea that the HIV AIDS testing requirement for anyone presenting for treatment as a NSW Hospital ED was over two years old.
