A bit of medicine; We are gradually moving to a new weather, unlike the European countries which its categorised with 4 seasons thereabout, here, we are used to have just two weather or season (summer & winter) some will call it rain & dry season, each season or weather comes with their pros and cons as such one need to prepare well as to what each season will bring... If you know you'd know I don't like industrial drugs, full of chemicals and always come with sode effects most times, so I 'd love some natural herbs which the nature has given! Ginger, union,garlic, turmeric and some green leafs, come with values and remedy for some ailments;
As we are approaching the winter usually called harmattan or dry season here, it comes with different flu, because its always windy, dusty and dried. Maybe we begin to see some covid symptoms now, and germs travel fast in the air. This is when we have so many airborne diseases which are highly transmittable
There well natural antioxidants, garlic,ginger, turmeric are some antioxidants that do really work for preventing flu, i called them must have herbs for this season... This is the period we have it at home.
While some can be added to food the likes of ginger, garlic, turmeric,, also they can be made or add to juice,
I think its important to get ready for the season ahead while you lay your hands on some of these medicinal food items and herbs.
Luckily, this is when herbs are well available in markets, and are so affordable.
